Terms of Admission

Applications for admissions should be submitted in August. In case of withdrawal, one month prior notice is required. Every child will have to appear for an entrance test before admission. Admission will only be offered in the grade for which he/she is found eligible.
Academic readiness is determined by the previous school records or by the result of the school entry test. A personal interview with the child is a must. A pupil seeking admission from another school will have to submit a school leaving certificate. The Principal reserves the right to order the withdrawal of any pupil if his/her behavior is inappropriate to the school environment. Parents who wish to have their children considered for AMPS should call the school office and take an appointment for an interview. A completed application form and non-refundable admission fee should be deposited in order to reserve a place in the school.
TEXT BOOKS/NOTEBOOKS
These are available and can be purchased from the school bookstore during school hours. All children are required to purchase a school diary and a cumulative report card from the school office.
UNIFORM
The pupil must follow the school regulations regarding the uniform. The school uniform must be worn during the school hours and when travelling to and from the school. Cleanliness is a basic requirement and if a pupil’s appearance does not conform to the standard of the school, he/she will be first warned and then if it still persists he or she will be sent back home for that particular day .
